料理建議
1. 使用清水刷洗鮑魚外膜黑色部份
2. 用菜刀與沾板將鮑魚正、反面各擂打十多下，使其肉質組織較為鬆軟。
3. 火烤、快炒、燉湯、涮火鍋都合適！
